This week, add a dedicated lower-body/core day (Wednesday works well, given your midweek run is short) — pair Squats or Romanian Deadlifts with 3 sets each of a lunge variation and a core exercise like planks or hanging knee raises to address both gaps at once. Keep your easy runs easy, so the extra strength work builds on your training instead of competing with it.

Insights

What continues to be distinctive about how you think is your efficiency in narrowing. You ask a broad question, absorb the answer, and immediately constrain it — “limiting the choices to the two that actually matter, then pressure-testing each.” It's a habit most people never build, and a large part of why your decisions tend to hold up weeks later. You rarely reopen a question you've already closed.

Why we're called Kimbap
Many fillings.
One neat roll.

Kimbap (김밥) is a Korean staple — steamed rice and a few good fillings, pickled radish, spinach, carrot, egg, rolled in seaweed into one neat, portable thing. The app works the same way: lots of fun stuff rolled together.
